When your knee starts making the decisions

At first it’s just a twinge. Then you start noticing your knee at the worst moments:

  • the first steps in the morning
  • going down the stairs
  • standing up after sitting for a while
  • the last part of a long walk

Without realizing it, you start adapting.

You walk a little slower.

You hold the handrail.

You say no to the walk, the trip, the afternoon in the garden.

The problem is that the less you move, the weaker the support around your knee becomes, and the more your knee hurts.

It’s not just wear and tear. Your knee lost its support.

Every knee has a built-in brace: the muscles, tendons and ligaments that hold the joint steady with every step.

Over the years, and with every month you move a little less, that support weakens.

The joint shifts slightly as you walk, the kneecap stops gliding straight, and the load lands where it shouldn’t.

This can show up as:

  • a feeling of pressure or grinding around the kneecap
  • stiffness after rest
  • a knee that feels unsteady or “gives way”
  • pain that gets worse on stairs and slopes

A plain elastic sleeve offers one fixed squeeze.

A rigid brace is bulky and restricts movement.

ComfortKnee was designed to give your knee its support back, in the amount you need, without locking it in place.

What our customers say

I've been dealing with knee stiffness for years, and getting out of bed every morning was a real struggle. Going downstairs had become something I had to do very carefully. I was pretty skeptical at first, but after a couple of weeks, I started noticing that my knee felt looser and moving around was easier. The best part? Feeling more confident on my feet again without having to think about every step. I've already recommended it to several people dealing with the same problem.

Three years of constant knee pain. I've tried so many products, but most of them only made things worse. A friend kept recommending ComfortKnee, and I finally decided to give it a shot. I only wish I'd listened to him sooner. Now I can move around comfortably and wake up without that awful stiffness. What a relief!

I'm on my feet all day at work, and every knee brace I've tried either stretches out after a week or makes my knee pain worse. This one is different. It stays in place, keeps me comfortable, and works no matter how much I'm moving around. I actually came back to order another pair!

I'm so glad I finally ditched my old knee brace. It was bulky and, honestly, seemed to make things worse. I wear Koprez at work, during my workouts, and even when I'm relaxing at home. I didn't really understand what “bilateral compression” meant until I tried it for myself. Now my knee feels supported no matter what I'm doing. That stiffness I used to feel when getting up? Gone. I've already bought three pairs!

On in 10 seconds. Off in 2.

  1. Slide it on. With the dial released, pull the brace up until the ring sits around your kneecap and the dial is on the outer side of your knee.
  2. Turn to tighten. Turn the dial clockwise, click by click, until your knee feels supported but not squeezed. You should be able to slide a finger under the edge.
  3. Pull to release. To loosen it completely, simply pull the dial outward: the cables release instantly.

Tip: tighten it a few clicks before stairs or a long walk, and loosen it when you sit down.

Your knee doesn’t need the same support all day, and now it doesn’t have to get it.

FAQ

How do I choose my size?

Measure around your leg above the center of your kneecap with your leg straight, then check the size guide. Between two sizes, pick the larger one and tighten it with the dial.

There are left and right versions: choose the right one for each piece in the selector.

Yes. The knit is slim and the dial sits flat on the side of your knee, so it fits under most trousers and jeans.

Most people wear it during their active hours: walks, work, chores, stairs. Take it off at night and give your skin a break.
